In my early days of making travel videos, I would often film things, and then get completely stuck when it came to actually editing a vlog. As a beginner, I didn’t have a system or plan to follow, so I never knew exactly what to do, or how to find inspiration to do it.

But eventually, I learned how to work with the footage I had- even if it wasn’t great- and supplement it with additional elements to edit together a story that was entertaining and complete.

After creating 100+ travel vlogs, I finally came up with a system for editing. This exact formula and process is what I’m sharing today, in hopes that it will help you develop your own vlog editing process.
