Canon recently released a firmware update for the G7x Mark III
The purpose of the firmware update was to fix the autofocus issues on the G7x III. But did it really fix them?
Many of you bought this camera and then returned it when you realized its autofocus system BARELY even worked. Now that Canon has released updated firmware you are trying to decide if the autofocus is now fixed, and you should buy it again.
In this video, I will share my honest opinion on whether the firmware effectively fixed the autofocus issues on the Canon G7x Mark III, and whether or not the camera is now worth buying.

Hi there! I suggest either the G7x Mark II (which is a GREAT camera) Or the Canon M50 to get started. This video compares the two and might be a good place to start 🙂
